THE SECTORS (MORE TO COME)
The Alliance gathers servant leaders from across Minnesota into sectors of community life — each one a place where the Gospel meets people in the language of their daily calling.
Our mission is to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12), not to draw people in but to send them out. Like the seventy Christ sent two by two into every city and place (Luke 10:1-2), we are raising up laborers and deploying an Ekklesia in every county of Minnesota to attack the gates of Hades and stand unshaken (Matthew 16:18), so that all people may come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved (1 Timothy 2:1-4).
We gather, connect, disciple, and mobilize Christian educators, students, and families—praying, partnering, and obeying Jesus to bring His Kingdom into education and join in on what God is already doing. (Matthew 6:10; Ephesians 4:3–6; John 15:5).
Leadership
By educating, equipping, encouraging and praying together, we facilitate pathways for each member of the Body of Christ to participate as a partner with the Lord in bringing Biblical values into the governmental process of our community, state and nation. We envision righteous government according to Romans 13 and 1 Tim 2 that is Biblically stewarded by the people.
To unite professionals and marketplace ministries across Minnesota in a Christ-centered mission, leveraging our collective strengths to inspire, equip, and mobilize people toward transformative and lasting impact in our workplaces, communities, and beyond.
We believe Minnesota's greatest challenges will not be solved by nonprofits working alone, but by nonprofits working together. The Minnesota City Impact Alliance exists to build a connected network of leaders who collaborate across organizations and sectors to see communities transformed and Minnesota thrive.
