Chris Bellanger is the City Director for LINC Twin Cities, a nonprofit ministry committed to empowering local grassroots leaders to reach their communities with the hope of the Gospel. Under Chris’s leadership, LINC equips emerging leaders through coaching, training, strategic planning, and relational support helping them launch and strengthen church plants, nonprofits, and Kingdom minded businesses throughout the Twin Cities. Grounded in the belief that “No leader walks alone,” Chris is passionate about championing voices that are often overlooked, bridging diverse communities, and building collaborative partnerships across the Body of Christ. His heartbeat is to see every neighborhood saturated with the Gospel, where every person has the opportunity to encounter Jesus in a way they can understand, through someone they personally know. Chris is a Husband, Father, Pastor, and Community Leader. Who is deeply committed to seeing leaders thrive, cities healed, and lives transformed through the power of the Gospel.

Lisa Doyle is a Kingdom collaborator and connector with a passion to see people and the organizations through which we live our lives thriving, transformed by the goodness, presence and love of Jesus. For the last 6 years, she has had a “foot” in each of the Twin Cities, serving the government sector in St. Paul and city transformation accelerating in Minneapolis. In the government realm, Lisa spearheads the MN Government Prayer Alliance, the government sector for the MN Apostolic Prayer Network and the MN Governor’s prayer team. Working with Twin Cities Transform Our World fellow enthusiasts, she serves in the leadership team bringing forth God’s hand of transformation upon the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis, the very place decimated by the 2020 riots and destruction. She is also most thankful to serve on the intercessory team of Breakthrough Ministries and for her on-fire church family, Yesuah’s Love Heals, both near downtown Minneapolis. Born and raised in the Washington D.C. area, Lisa and her family have lived in MN for 24 years after a transfer circuit with her husband’s career. EDUCATION SECTOR - FACILITATOR OF MN CITY IMPACT ALLIANCE - OWNER/CEO, THE CRADLE CLUB - CO-FOUNDER, LAST DAYS DISCIPLES

Maria is a graduate of two Bible schools, she holds a Doctorate Degree in Theology and is a licensed minister through Worldwide Impact Group. She has been a preacher, intercessor, disciple-maker, and deliverance minister since 1996. She has served in the church, politics, business, and education and has brought the Gospel and love of God to ten nations, across the U.S., and locally through preaching, teaching, dramatic presentations, deliverance and prayer ministry. She has a prayer-filled passion for revival and transformation to come to MN and America through the Body of Christ living out John 17 and Ephesians 4 and obediently doing what we are "commissioned" to do! In 2003 she and her husband Scott founded Last Days Disciples and they have hosted a weekly discipleship radio show called the Rest of the Rest since 2019. In addition to facilitating the MN City Impact Alliance, Maria is a member of the MN Governmental Prayer Alliance, the Minnesota Transform Our World leadership team and the TOW Global Prayer Presbytery. Maria is part of LINC Twin cities and serves as the Minnesota State Ambassador for Awaken the Dawn. In the marketplace since 2000, Maria is the co-owner and CEO of The Cradle Club’s three Twin Cities early childhood schools where she trains and supports around 100 educators who care for hundreds of little ones and their families. She and her husband Scott have three amazing young adult sons of their own.

Rick Heeren is a ministry leader, author, and executive with a distinguished career spanning business and global Christian transformation work. After 25 years in corporate executive roles, Rick and his wife Rachel pivoted to full-time ministry in 1992 following a transformative experience at the International Conference on Nation Transformation in Buenos Aires, Argentina. They joined Harvest Evangelism, Inc. under the mentorship of Dr. Ed and Ruth Silvoso, initially leading transformation efforts in Minnesota, where Rick also served as Executive Director of the Minnesota Strategic Prayer Network. His work in Minnesota culminated in the book The Threshing Floor, Minnesota, God's Threshing Floor For The Nation, documenting a landmark 50-state prayer tour with Chuck Pierce and Dutch Sheets. Rick later took on the role of Vice President of Transform Our World for the continent of Africa, spearheading discipleship and church transformation initiatives across Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Kenya. Most recently, Rick has been given responsibility through John Maxwell's Beyond Success and Transform Our World, to help over 1.4 million new believers be discipled through the Ekklesia Excelerator program — Rick will be overseeing that effort alongside leaders in Nairobi, Zimbabwe, and Zambia. Rick and Rachel have been married since 1979 and are the proud parents of four children, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Marsha King is the Founder and President of For the One, a nonprofit organization devoted to training and equipping the Body of Christ to minister through the Biblical roles of the church and to effectively reach their communities with the love of Jesus Christ. An ordained pastor, evangelist, preacher, teacher, deliverance minister, author, and missions leader, Marsha has devoted more than three decades to ministry, evangelism, discipleship, and kingdom transformation. Her passion is to see individuals, churches, and communities transformed through the power of the Gospel and the practical demonstration of God's love. Marsha earned her Master of Divinity through Global Awakening Theological Seminary and completed graduate-level studies in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is an author: For the One: Stories from the Edge Revealing God's Heart to Reach the Lost. Her ministry experience spans local outreach, national initiatives, and international missions in 15 nations. She serves as the leader of the Minnesota Transform Our World leadership team and an instructor of their Ekklesia Excelerator transformation courses.. Prior to full time ministry, Marsha spent 14 years as a consultant, CPA, and Certified Fraud Examiner serving Fortune 500 companies. Marsha is member of the LINC Twin Cities network committed to reach Minnesota with the good news of the gospel and to equip believers to become agents of transformation in their communities. She is dedicated to bringing the practical love of Christ to underserved populations and helping others discover their God-given calling and purpose. Marsha and her husband, Victor, reside in Minnesota and are the proud parents of two sons.

Holly Misener is the President and founder of the Minnesota Christian Chamber of Commerce, an organization dedicated to empowering Christian business leaders to impact the state of Minnesota through their leadership. Under her direction, the Chamber connects entrepreneurs, owners, executives, and business professionals through services rooted in the Word of God, advancing marketplace ministry across the state. Holly's vision is to ignite a movement of leaders who transform Minnesota through Biblical truth, Kingdom excellence, and unwavering integrity. A graduate of Bethel University with a degree in Organizational Leadership, Holly is also the owner of His Healing House, a faith-based functional medicine clinic that empowers each person to experience results to heal by addressing the root cause. Her work there reflects the same purpose that drives her leadership: helping people step into their full purpose. Holly resides in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, where she spends time with her family. Her hobbies include travel, running, hiking, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Kevin has a successful track record of building businesses from startups to billion-dollar enterprises across technology, healthcare, and financial services. He’s served as President & COO of OPIN Systems a pioneer in the field of Health Informatics and Content Management. Previously he held senior leadership roles at Gelco, GE Capital, Citibank, and UnitedHealthcare. In addition to his business leadership, Kevin brings a foundation in faith-based leadership and experience that continues to shape his approach to mentoring leaders and building purpose-driven organizations. In addition to Magnifi, Kevin directs the Transformational Entrepreneurs Institute at Transform Our World Ministries and leads Twin Cities Transform Our World (TOW), a local expression of the global TOW movement focused on nation and city transformation. Through coaching, speaking, and strategic advising, Kevin is committed to raising up the next generation of transformational entrepreneurs—leaders who are called to build businesses that don’t just grow, but help redeem and renew the world around them.

Andy brings over two decades of experience in sales, operations, and executive management with small, medium, and large companies. He holds a chemical engineering degree and an MBA with a concentration in finance. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Technology for a large privately held company. Currently as part of the True North M&A team as an M&A Advisor, Andy is dedicated to helping people realize their goals by selling their existing business or acquiring a new one. Andy lives in Prior Lake with his wife and their six children. He enjoys spending time with them on the lake and participating in a variety of family activities. His hobbies include mountain biking, downhill skiing, and participating in triathlons. His servant leadership is reflected in his community volunteer work with various organizations and marketplace ministries. Tyler Van Eps serves as the Vice President of the National Christian Foundation. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of business and nonprofit leadership roles focusing on the intersection of ministry and marketplace. In every space from missions and ministry to marketing and manufacturing, he believes that leaders who know their purpose and lean into their values make the biggest impact. He thrives in business development, strategic planning, customer and employee experience, and leadership. Tyler loves to help individuals, families, and businesses discover the unique part they get to play in God’s Kingdom and align themselves to that vision. He lives in Champlin, MN with his wife, Shelly, and their four kids.

GOVERNMENT SECTOR - CHIEF STEWARD, RESTORE MINNESOTA

As the Chief Steward of Restore Minnesota, Dale serves as a missionary, pastor and Bible Study leader to the elected officials, their families and staff at the State Capitol in St. Paul, MN. He also serves as an educator to the church regarding the church's role in government and to Minnesota’s BPOU’s to support the Constitutional collaboration between the government and the church. Dale and his team are planting Community Action Teams (CATs) in every county in Minnesota and beyond assisting the Body of Christ in understanding its role as a maker of disciples who are engaged biblical citizens. Restore Minnesota has launched the Institute for Biblical Citizenship, collaborates nationally with Rick Green and Patriot Academy (www.PatriotAcademy.com) and functions in an educative role in areas of national security. He is the author of the book Courageous Christianity: Living a Life of Faith in a World that Desperately Needs Jesus and several popular training courses including: Dale and his wife, Sue, have been married since December 1975. They have raised 3 sons and one daughter, who have blessed them with 7 awesome grandchildren. They reside in Minnesota near the Twin Cities metro area.
